In person appointments:
- In person appointments are available to clients who are vaccinated only. I will always be masked, it is optional for you to wear masks.
- I may need to adjust the start time of in person appointments occasionally due to the nature of my work as well as traffic and weather conditions in the area. If this is needed, I will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

If I have any symptoms of illness, I will be in touch to cancel or reschedule and ask that clients contact me prior to an appointment if there are any signs of illness you have or you have been exposed to, or you are traveling from a high risk area.
Scheduling info:
- If you prefer an earlier spot than you see available or you do not see a day and time that works for you, please book the next best time and date and select the option to join the wait list to be contacted for earlier availability to be contacted for alternative times OR please email nina@wholebrainwholebody.com or call 646-535-6833 as the schedule is subject to change at any time and there may be another opening available to better meet your needs.
- When you schedule, you'll be asked to provide a valid credit card to book an appointment per our late cancellation policy. By placing your credit card on file, you will not be charged nor will there be any hold or deposit placed on your card. This applies to all clients, regardless of insurance plan. See info below.
Rescheduling or cancelling info:
- It's totally understandable that things can change. As there are many clients in need at this time, we request 24 hour notice. Late cancellations incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service.

Paula Method:
- After the first trial session, Paula Method 1:1 appointments are only available for purchase as a package commitment at this time which comes with a significant discount.
Other services are booked per time allotted per pricing listed at the time of booking and those fees are due at the time of service.
